Founded in 1990 by Catherine Burrus, Welcome Service began not as a corporation, but as a response to a specific need: the personal, comprehensive support of families moving to Switzerland. In an era before digital nomads and global ease of movement, Catherine established a firm rooted in genuine care, precise execution, and personal honour.
Today, that legacy is carried forward by the second generation. Laetitia Papilloud and Guillaume Bédat maintain the firm's original ethos — that true service is personal, attentive, and lasting. We do not merely process permits; we help build the foundation of your new life in Switzerland.
